To get a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and unwashed with tags still attached. Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be careful when trying them on! If 14 days have passed, we are sorry we cannot accept the return. We do not offer free returns, nor will you be refunded the original shipping costs.
To start processing a return, you can fill out our returns form, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once we have received your returned item(s) these will be inspected and you will receive an e-mail to say we have received your return and whether it has been approved or rejected. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back to us, or for any import duties or taxes incurred. We recommend sending via a tracked courier. Once your refund has been accepted we will process immediately. Please note that it may take your bank 3-5 days before the refund appears in your bank account, on some occasions this can take up to 10 days we apologise but this is out of our control.
As we are a small, independent business we would much prefer to give a credit note or exchange rather than refund so please consider this. Alternatively you will be refunded in your original form of payment.
If you want to exchange an item for a different colour or size, please note the same policy remains as per for a return.
