Environment

Slow Fashion is the ethical and sustainable movement for creating and buying clothing that is made for longevity. It is the conscious movement of buying less and buying quality. It encourages small collections with slower production schedules; which in turn will lead to less waste, a lower carbon footprint and a fair environment for garment workers.

We use 100% Organic Cotton, or a blend of Organic Cotton/ Recycled Polyester depending on the garment. All of our products are certified; please look out for certification logos on our product pages. The GOTS standard and Organic 100 standard apply to our 100% organic cotton garments, the OCS Blended standard applies to our products that are made of several materials.

The majority of our clothing is made in Asia (Bangladesh).

We also work with a factory based in the UK which helps us to reduce our carbon footprint. Check out our product descriptions to find which styles are made in the UK!

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)is a worldwide leading textile processing standard for the production of organic fibres, and is based on both ecological and social criteria.

Product

Washing instructions are attached to all garments, please follow these to ensure your garment lasts as long as possible. We recommend to wash your clothes at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and not to use a dryer to remain environmentally friendly.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. Please note that we are closed on UK Bank Holidays.

UK Orders:

Next Day Delivery – Contact Us!

Standard Delivery - Sent via Royal Mail or Hermes UK. Estimated delivery 2-3 days after dispatch.

International Orders:

Europe - sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 7 days after dispatch to receive your order.

Rest of the World – sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 14 days after dispatch to receive your order. Depending on your country you may be charged a customs fee.

Please note that once dispatched we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries that are outside of our control.

Please contact us if your parcel is delayed and we will track this for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail so we can process your request. Once the order has been dispatched no amendments or cancellations will be accepted.

We want you to be happy with your order from us, but if for any reason you are not please see our returns policy.

Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have now passed since the delivery date we cannot accept a return.

As we are a small, independent business we would much prefer to give a credit note or exchange rather than refund so please consider this.

If your return has been accepted and it has been more than 10 days since you received e-mail confirmation from us that your refund had been processed please contact your card provider.

If they are unable to provide a solution, please contact us via e-mail and we will look into this for you.

Payment

We accept payment via debit/credit card or via Paypal.

Please enter your code at the payment section when checking out.

Unfortunately not, discounts can not be stacked. For example; you cannot use a 10% off discount code and get a Free Shipping discount on top. It is just one discount per order.

Unfortunately not. For security reasons we can only give a refund via the same payment method or card that the order was purchased from.
