Ambassador Programme Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the participation in the This Is Anyo Ambassador Program (the “Program”) and outline the rights and responsibilities of both This Is Anyo (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Company”) and the participating ambassadors (“you,” “the Ambassador”). By applying for and participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to participate in the Program. 1.2 You must have an active social media account and demonstrate a genuine interest in sustainable fashion and lifestyle. 1.3 The Program is open to applicants worldwide, but This Is Anyo reserves the right to select participants based on its discretion.

2. Application Process

2.1 To become an ambassador, you must complete and submit the official Program application form on the This Is Anyo website. 2.2 The selection of ambassadors is at the sole discretion of This Is Anyo. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications for any reason. 2.3 Once accepted into the Program, you will receive a welcome email with further details on how to get started.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

As an ambassador, you agree to: 3.1 Promote This Is Anyo products and brand in a positive and authentic manner. 3.2 Create and share original content (photos, videos, blog posts, etc.) featuring This Is Anyo products on your social media channels. 3.3 Use your unique referral code or link in your social media posts to track sales and engagement from your audience. 3.4 Tag @ThisIsAnyo and use the designated hashtags (e.g., #WearAnyo, #SustainableFashion) in your posts. 3.5 Follow any specific content guidelines provided by This Is Anyo and adhere to FTC guidelines by disclosing your affiliation as an ambassador (e.g., by using #ad, #sponsored, or #ambassador).

4. Compensation & Benefits

4.1 As an ambassador, you will receive:

• Exclusive discounts on This Is Anyo products.
• Free products based on performance and promotional campaigns.
• Referral rewards or commissions based on sales made through your unique referral code or link. 4.2 The specific benefits, including commission percentages and discounts, will be outlined in your welcome package and may vary depending on your performance and engagement. 4.3 Commissions will be calculated based on the net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) generated through your referral code or link. 4.4 Payments for commissions will be made [monthly/quarterly] via [payment method] once the total commissions exceed [minimum threshold]. If the threshold is not met, the balance will carry over to the next payment period.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 As an ambassador for This Is Anyo, you represent the brand and its values. You agree to:

• Conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when engaging with your audience.
• Refrain from any behaviour that may negatively impact the reputation of This Is Anyo or violate our values of sustainability, inclusivity, and ethical fashion. 5.2 You may not promote This Is Anyo alongside competing brands or engage in any conflicts of interest without our prior approval.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 By participating in the Program, you grant This Is Anyo permission to repost, share, or otherwise use the content you create as part of your ambassador activities for marketing and promotional purposes across our website, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms. 6.2 You will retain ownership of your content but agree that This Is Anyo can use your content without compensation beyond the agreed-upon Program benefits. 6.3 Any logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property belonging to This Is Anyo remain the property of the Company, and you may not alter or misuse these assets in any way.

7. Termination

7.1 You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to hello@thisisanyo.co.uk 7.2 This Is Anyo reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Misconduct or actions that damage the reputation of This Is Anyo.
• Inactivity or failure to meet agreed-upon promotional commitments. 7.3 Upon termination, you must cease promoting This Is Anyo and remove any referral links, codes, or branding associated with the Program from your social media platforms.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 As part of the Program, you may receive confidential or proprietary information, including upcoming product launches, marketing strategies, and special promotions. You agree not to disclose any confidential information without prior written consent from This Is Anyo.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 This Is Anyo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your participation in the Program. 9.2 You agree to indemnify and hold This Is Anyo harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses that arise from your actions as an ambassador, including but not limited to violations of intellectual property rights or failure to comply with FTC guidelines.

10. Modification of Terms

10.1 This Is Anyo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
